Remember a while ago, I posted about doing a project for Eastpak Artist Studio? Well this is the result. A handmade clutch I created. It’s made from the Eastpak Padded Pak’r®. Me and 55 other artists, designers & celebrities from 14 countries all created something different. We all used the same white basic Eastpak. And let our imagination run wild to give it our signature style. This was a lot of fun to create. However the thought behind Eastpak Artist Studio is not just creative freedom. Together with the DAA organization (Designers Against Aids) we are trying to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS. Especially among young people it’s very important to get more knowledge about the dangers of having unprotected sex. Millions of people are dying as a result of this devastating illness. Please protect yourselves and your partner(s). - Know your status, get tested -.

For more information about this cause, pictures of my bag and the other designs please check out the Eastpak Artist Studio website.

I will keep you posted on the International closing event that will take place soon!

Eastpak interviewed me about my design. View video and pictures below.
